Great!

App works perfect, without a glitch. (Lite version, 3GS, iOS5.1). Tested with voice and music alerts, no problem.

Use your own voice (or built in sounds or clips from songs) for alerts instead of just a beep or whatever. Be alerted with your own voice, definitely catches your attention over the usual alert sounds. (**see Update below re iOS6)

Also choose music from your itunes library (can start the clip from anywhere in the selected song, up to 30 seconds long).

Easy quick "reminder-time adjust" buttons. Can also select pre-alerts (minutes, hours, days, or even weeks in advance), select post-alert, snooze alert, built-in app calendar to easily display and select alerts. Alert history list page too.

(Can also do wake-up alarm alerts with all the same features.)

Can make/store a "catalog" of voice alerts or music alerts, up to 30 each. Can backup reminders via email (must have full version to restore them). Obviously a very comprehensive app.

(**Update: Apple screwed things up with iOS6 so cant use your own voice reminder for the alert now. Stupid. Come on Apple, knock it off! Totally screwed up a great feature.)
